Welcome to the Aqua Products Technical Service department.  We take customer service as serious, if not even more seriously, than we do in providing the leading quality engineered robotic technological systems.  We are you.  We get it.  You bought (or were given as a gift) one of our robotic cleaners and for that we are very thankful and want to do our best to help you.  Please know that we are here, yes here at our factory in the U.S.A. – not on some other continent or off-site facility – to provide you with any technical assistance that you may need with your Aqua Products robotic cleaner.

Looking to make “service” as convenient as possible, we offer "walk-in" service and repairs at over 200 Authorized Service Center locations nationwide, including at our manufacturing facility located in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.  Simply contact us via our online form, by email CustomerService@AquaProducts.com or phone 800-845-4856.  Just be sure to provide us with your complete address as our database search provides you with the most accurate geographic search, not just a zip code search that will send you off to never never land.  Rather our customized search program will identify your closest National and Master class Authorized Service Centers.  Know that our Authorized Service Centers have all undergone training here at our manufacturing facility and continue to undergo training periodically as required per our Service Center program.  In short, we look to our Service Center network of professionals to represent us with technical expertise as if we were inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing your cleaner ourselves or of course you are welcome to work with our Service Department directly to have your robot sent to us.   What?  You are going to be in the northern New Jersey area about 30 minutes or so west of Manhattan (that’s New York City for you out-of-towners), well then, come on down if you would like to have the maintenance / repair work completed at our manufacturing facility.  All we ask is that you call in advance – just to be sure our service window is open that day.
